Exchanges of goods & refunds
You may refund or change your order within 14 days with attached receipt.
Costumer pays all refund costs. If you want to exchange your item one cost is paid by customer and one by the shop.
A refund is only allowed if you attach receipt or other purchase information and a description on why you return garment/ item. The garment/ item is only accepted if it is unused and salable.
We will need account information to make out the payment. We will refund within 7 days after you receive a mail of receiving-confirmation.
